Our Membership has grown steadily since the start of 2025.
We have the responsibility for overseeing rules, clubs, coaching and competitions within our sport.
About Us
A new and exciting competitive sport has been introduced in Uganda.
Uganda Bowls is the national sporting organisation responsible for the leadership, development and management of lawn bowls and indoor Bowls in Uganda. Uganda Bowls is a not-for-profit organisation governed by a voluntary board that provides the strategic direction for the sport and the strategies that are implemented by the staff at the national office.
Uganda Bowls is affiliated with World Bowls and Commonwealth Games Uganda where it is a core sport in the Commonwealth Games held every four years.
To promote and develop the sport of Bowls so it enriches the lives of its participants.
To make the sport of Bowls competitive, accessible and enjoyable to every Ugandan.
